Junior hiring, without the six months of ramp-up

We carry the training cost and the training risk. You meet candidates who have already built something reviewable, cleared a technical assessment, and sat through three mock interviews.

Why this works

The junior hiring problem isn't supply. It's readiness.

There is no shortage of graduates applying. The shortage is in graduates who can pick up a ticket, read an existing codebase, and ship something small without a mentor sitting beside them for a quarter. That readiness gap is what we close before you ever see a CV.

Because our placement desk and our training division are the same business, the syllabus is not a guess about what the market wants. It is a direct response to the feedback our own recruiters get when a candidate is rejected.

  • Every candidate ships a code-reviewed capstone before certification
  • Technical assessment and communication round scored and shared with you
  • Credential and background verification completed pre-shortlist
  • Stack-specific cohorts available when your requirement is unusual

What arrives with each shortlist

  1. Resume plus a one-page skills summary mapped to your JD
  2. Assessment scorecard with section-level breakdown
  3. Link to the capstone repository and a short demo video
  4. Reviewer notes from the mock interview panel
  5. Verified education and prior employment record
  6. Notice period, location preference, and salary expectation

If a profile doesn't fit, tell us why in a line. That feedback goes straight to the trainer who owns the module.

Hiring models

Four ways to engage, depending on your risk appetite

Most popular

Train to deploy

We build a dedicated cohort against your stack, your coding standards, and your domain. You interview at the end and take the candidates you want.

  • 8 to 20 candidates per cohort
  • Your engineers review the curriculum up front
  • Optional guest sessions from your team
  • Typical lead time: 10 to 16 weeks

Best for: planned bench building and campus replacement programmes.

Lowest commitment

Direct placement

Pull from the existing trained pool. Share a JD, get a shortlist in 72 hours, pay a success fee only when someone joins.

  • No retainer, no upfront cost
  • Success fee as a percentage of annual salary
  • 90-day free replacement
  • Typical lead time: 1 to 3 weeks

Best for: filling one to five open roles quickly.

Contract to hire

The candidate works on our payroll for an agreed period, then converts to your rolls at a pre-fixed conversion fee if you're happy.

  • 3, 6, or 12-month evaluation periods
  • We handle payroll, statutory, and compliance
  • Conversion fee agreed at the start, not at the end
  • Replace at any point in the contract term

Best for: headcount-constrained teams and first-time junior hires.

Upskill your existing team

Same curriculum, delivered to people already on your payroll. Useful when a team needs to move to a new stack together.

  • On-site, remote, or at our campus
  • Assessment-led, so you see the skills delta
  • Modular: take three weeks, not the whole track
  • Priced per cohort, not per seat

Best for: migrations, redeployment, and retaining people you'd otherwise lose.

Engagement process

From first call to joining date

  1. Requirement call

45 minutes with a recruiter and a trainer. We map your JD to a track, or tell you it needs a custom cohort.

  2. Agreement & scorecard

Commercials, replacement terms, and an agreed assessment scorecard so "job ready" means the same thing to both of us.

  3. Shortlist

72 hours from the trained pool, or at cohort completion for train-to-deploy. Profiles arrive with evidence, not adjectives.

  4. Interview & offer

We coordinate panels, chase feedback, and handle expectation setting on salary so offers don't get declined at the last step.

  5. Onboard & review

Joining support, then structured check-ins at day 30, 60, and 90 with both you and the candidate.

Request talent

Tell us the role. We'll come back within one working day.

You'll hear from a recruiter, not a sales development rep. If we can't supply the role well, we'll say so on the first call rather than sending you three approximate profiles.

  • No cost to raise a requirement
  • No exclusivity required
  • NDA available before you share internal detail

A rough outline is fine. We'll pull the detail out on the call.

Employer questions

What hiring teams ask us

An agency forwards profiles it found. We forward profiles we built. The candidate has spent 10 to 16 weeks on a curriculum designed against roles like yours, and we can show you the assessment data and the code behind that claim.

Sit on a mock interview panel

The fastest way to judge our standard is to interview a candidate mid-cohort. No obligation, and your feedback improves the syllabus either way.
